Barre
Our signature barre class is a mix of Pilates, yoga, functional training and traditional barre work that will strengthen and lengthen your body from head to toe. Each muscle group will be worked to the point of fatigue (i.e. the barre “shakes”) before immediately stretching to create a longer, leaner, toned physique. This challenging yet low impact, mindful workout is made accessible for all fitness levels, with modifications and amplifications offered so each student can tailor class to their individual needs.

30-Min Sliding Disc Barre with Annie
All you need is a set of light hand weights, a mat, and sliding discs. No discs? No problem! If you're on hard wood floors use a dish towel, paper plates or coffee filters. On carpet DVD classes or paper plates work well!
