Note: beginner-friendly does NOT = easy!
Part of what makes barre such an effective toning workout is that we use small, isometric movements to isolate and target muscles that don't often get attention in bigger forms of movement. Please do not feel discouraged if you find this workout challenging - no barre class is ever easy, but what makes this particular class beginner-friendly is that we offer plenty of modifications, walk you thru the setup for each exercise and don't incorporate advanced choreography, making it easier to follow along from home.
Advanced students can absolutely get the burn out of this class, too, as you already know where to progress and advance postures. Plus it's a great refresher on form!
