Our signature barre class is a mix of Pilates, yoga, functional training and traditional barre work that will strengthen and lengthen your body from head to toe. Each muscle group will be worked to the point of fatigue (i.e. the barre “shakes”) before immediately stretching to create a longer, leaner, toned physique. This challenging yet low impact, mindful workout is made accessible for all fitness levels, with modifications and amplifications offered so each student can tailor class to their individual needs.

A 30-minute version of Balance Barre, this class moves a little faster with quicker transitions and all stretching at the end. Expect to sweat a little bit as we work multiple body parts at once for maximum efficiency!

10-Min Core with Annie
Work your 360 degree core - obliques, low transverse abdominals, center core and low back. Great to pair with another class for a little "extra" or after some cardio on your own!
